At LoveAllergy, we understand that your allergy profiles represent sensitive health details. We handle your allergy triggers, severities, and kitchen comfort rules with the highest standard of confidentiality.

Unlike general social apps, we **never** monetize or sell your allergen data to advertising networks. Your safety settings are used exclusively to calculate compatibility with other users and suggest safe venues.

2. The Vetting Pass & Document Handling

When you apply for our Vetting Pass, our secure verification partners review your uploaded medical documents (such as prescription labels or lab reports) in real-time.

Once verified:

• We issue a permanent verification checkmark to your profile.
• All uploaded medical files are immediately and permanently purged from our verification servers.
• We do **not** retain copies of your medical history on our active databases.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information you explicitly provide, including:

• Account Data: Name, location, email, and password.
• Safety Data: Selected allergen triggers, severity ratings (Mild, Severe, Anaphylactic), and contact boundaries (e.g. Kiss Buffer).
• Interactions: Messages, exposure alert logs, and restaurant safety reviews.

4. Encryption & Protection

All connection streams and user profile datasets are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our edge network uses strict Content Security Policies (CSP) and automated Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) validation blocks to safeguard your session.
